Does this make me happy?

I love this kind of sentence + use it to check in with my Emotional Solar Plexus daily.

Ask yourself before choosing the blue one or the green, “Does this make me feel happy”?

That is the question of the day. 
ㅤ
Being emotionally defined (Hello, Human Design Chart), it helps to remind me to consciously check in with my Emotional Authority to ensure I’m making a more aligned decisions that make me happy.
ㅤ
But what if you have another Authority like Sacral Authority? Well, we all have ALL of the chart in us, right? So even if you have an undefined or open Solar Plexus, this question can help you get connected find more joy in the little things.

I have to say, as a Manifesting Generator (Again, Human Design), sometimes my decision process is so fast I feel like I’m skipping a step. This keeps me present + in the moment (hello, sacral response, too).
Some other questions you can ask yourself
(just choose what feels natural to you):
  • Does this make me happy?
  • Do I feel content with this?
  • Does this make me smile?
  • Does this choice make me feel light + expansive?
 
Whether it’s what I’m picking out to wear or the story I’m posting for the day, I find checking in with my emotional solar plexus helps me to be in that creative flow that makes life just feel easier.
Emotional Solar Plexus
We all have a Solar Plexus in our Design + emotions that drive what we attract + manifest, right? So try it out. Check in and see how the options showing up for you feel…do they make you happy or do they feel heavy, meh, or draining?

Can’t quite tell if it feels right or not? Don’t fret. Just keep asking yourself these little questions, + you’ll start noticing your response. It’s a muscle you might have to focus on recognizing again.
 
For me, being consciously aware of how I feel allows me to attract more of what I love feeling to me.
 
So the question is: What have you done recently that has made you feel happy? Content?
